I am a mother of 2 teenage boys, married to a wonderful man, Nick, for 19 years, and I live in South Florida. I have been teaching and personal training for 19 years.

I love helping people find the magic of the mind-body connection.

You might know me on Instagram as @beachyogagirl. 9 years ago, I began sharing my practice to inspire and motivate myself. Hosting Instagram Yoga challenges helped me stay accountable and inspired others to try yoga.

Today, I continue sharing my practice with over 1 million followers!

At 46 years old, over 15 training certifications, and almost 20 years of training and teaching,

I literally have tried it all!

For many years I thought I had to spend 60-90 minutes of exercise to experience results. I felt like it was a waste of time if I didn't feel exhausted afterward.

I would stretch and stretch and stretch but somehow could never unlock my hamstrings! WTH! 😣
